Account Registration & Verification

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on pk7444. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If pk7444 identifies that a single individual has registered multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, all bonus funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus play voided. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions

Account Suspension & Closure

pk7444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

Voluntary Account Closure

Bonus funds remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. Effect of Closure

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 BST business days, provided that all KYC obligations have been satisfied and no fraud investigation is pending. Right of Appeal
